Cardoe, Jon Gooding and Chris Martin formed Cardoe Martin Holdings Ltd and purchased
JSSPinnacle Professional Services Ltd in a management buy-out, re-naming the company
Cardoe Martin Limited.
2005
Cardoe
Martin merged with Kemp & Co. a practice of Chartered Surveyors based in West
London and specialising in Contract Administration, maintenance and repair of
residential blocks, party wall and Expert Witness work.
2007
Cardoe Martin move to larger extensively equipped new premises in Marylebone.
