Building Surveyor

Philip assists other members of the team with building works projects, dilapidations, site inspections and party wall works and has good skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD).

Philip initially graduated with a BA (Hons) in French Studies from Leeds University in 2006 but developed an interest in Building Surveying after working in the family property company in his spare time.

Philip studied Building Surveying at South Bank University and graduated in 2010 and after working for the family property firm for a period of time joined Cardoe Martin during the same year.
