Peter graduated with a degree in Building Technology and Management in 1968 and qualified as a Chartered Builder in 1972. He has since acquired a wealth of experience in Project Co-ordination and Building Surveying, having previously headed a team responsible for repairs and maintenance for a large Local Authority.

With Cardoe Martin, Peter has built up an impressive track record of successfully completing complex renovation and refurbishment projects involving occupied buildings. Recent projects include the new offices for Soros Global in Pall Mall, London SW1, conversion works to the YWCA in Portland Place, London W1 and planned maintenance works on a private residential development in Wandsworth, London, SW11.

Peter is the Company's specialist on CDM, Quality control and Health and Safety Issues.
