The Directors and staff of Cardoe Martin have a broad range of experience in property and construction ranging from Junior to Senior levels.

At Cardoe Martin Limited we recognise the substantial role played by our staff in the provision of superior levels of service to our clients, both in the quality of work we produce and the effectiveness of its delivery.

In order to remain competitive we appreciate the need for a professional team with varying levels of experience to ensure that senior surveyors do not become unnecessarily involved in routine matters. This minimises costs and improves speed of delivery.

The involvement of junior staff is carefully considered on each instruction and their work is regularly reviewed by more experienced team members and Directors to ensure that the clients position is protected and matters progressed in a timely manner.

Cardoe Martin are proud to support the development of our staff and have a Graduate training programme which has been approved by the RICS to actively develop the key areas of skill required to achieve Chartered Surveyor status. Importantly, we meet the cost of RICS membership, ongoing training and entrance examination fees for both trainee and qualified staff.
