We are delighted to announce that, on the 3rd January 2002, we completed the acquisition of Frank Morris Associates, a firm of surveyors and valuers specialising in residential survey and valuation. We have now integrated this with our existing resource to create a team of 4 Chartered surveyors and valuers specializing in these areas, based in Osnaburgh Street and trading as Frank Morris Associates Ltd, a subsidiary of Cardoe Martin Holdings Ltd.

Cardoe Martin Ltd and its team of 10 will continue to provide a full range of building surveying services and we are sure this expansion will enable us to be of greater service to our clients during 2002.

The second half of 2001 was a very eventful time for us. We completed our Management buy out from JSS Pinnacle Group in August 2001 and I am now pleased to tell you that we are moving to:
