Neal is responsible for the specification and administration of numerous refurbishment and repair projects of high value Central London apartment and mansion buildings for Blue Chip clients. Additionally he has experience in party wall work, dilapidations and building defects investigation and diagnosis.

Understanding professional duties for numerous private and public sector clients which include licence for alterations, stock condition surveys, party wall surveying, managing/auditing planned preventative maintenance contracts, occupational therapy adaptations.

Neal graduated with a Degree in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich in 1994 and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2008.
