Mike Hawkes
CDM Coordinator

Mike is responsible for advising Clients upon Construction Health & Safety and is a full time CDM coordinator for Clients of Cardoe Martin under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.

Mike has worked within the construction industry for over 35 years on a wide variety of projects including new build, refurbishments, conversion, cyclical maintenance window replacement and roof repairs.

Mike has been working within the CDM Regulations since their inception in 1994 both as a client and as a principal contractor. In 2007 the Regulations changed and Mike started monitoring a wide range of cyclical maintenance, refurbishment projects under the new CDM regulations and in 2010 joined Cardoe Martin as our CDM Coordinator.
