Liam graduated from Aberdeen University in 1999 and was employed by Baily Garner LLP until August 2006 when he moved to Cardoe Martin Limited.

Liam has notably obtained his Building Surveying degree having decisively changed career from an emerging "Scientific research" path following his first degree in 2006.

His change of course arising from his keen interest in Architecture and the built environment; a rationale supported by his recent completion of a Masters Course in Building Surveying whilst also working towards his election to professional membership of the RICS.

Liam has gained experience in various aspects relating to the rehabilitation and maintenance of large property portfolios for commercial clients and now focuses on the development of his professional experience in areas such as Party Wall, Dilapidations and Survey.
