We advise
landlords on the state of repair of a property, in order to ensure
that tenants meet their repairing obligations under the terms of the
lease.
Action: We inspect properties & prepare interim schedule
of dilapidations requiring tenants to take remedial action. At the
lease end or within the last three years of the lease we are often
instructed to prepare Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations. The tenant
may have the option of repairing the property (if there is enough
time) or making a cash settlement.
