Kevin qualified with a degree in building surveying from Southbank University in 1996, having spent his placement year with Gross Fine. On graduation Kevin returned to Gross Fine where he qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1999.

Kevin was rapidly promoted to the position of Associate Director with joint responsibility with the building surveying director for managing a team of Building Surveyors. He was also jointly responsible for managing junior property management staff responsible for a portfolio of large residential apartments.

Kevin was approached by, and subsequently joined, Hercules Property Services Plc as a Director of Building Surveying in November 2003.

Hercules Property Services Limited was later purchased by Erinaceous Plc and in the subsequent reorganisation Kevin was promoted to the main board of their division responsible for all of the groups residential property management services.

Kevin’s professional skills are principally in the residential property management aspects of Building Surveying and large building projects.

His appointment as Managing Director of Cardoe Martin Limited in February 2006 brings to Cardoe Martin his substantial experience of managing large property organisations and will be of great benefit as we continue to expand our business and consolidate the wide range of Building Surveying skills and experience available to our clients.
