James Prestedge BSc (Hons) MRICS
Associate Director
James undertakes commercial and residential surveys, dilapidations, expert witness reports, party wall matters and project work.
James joined Cardoe Martin Limited in June 2006 and was promoted to the position of Associate Director in October 2010. James graduated with a degree in Building Surveying from Brighton University in 1999 and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2003.
James spent the early part of his career gaining experience in residential repairs and refurbishment work etc. and subsequently was responsible for the delivery of numerous key projects under his direct control, including the design, specification and administration of several large refurbishment projects.
