Graham graduated from the University of Reading in 1975 and trained firstly with Jones Lang Wootton. Graham established Graham Cardoe and Associates in 1985, which he merged with Jackson Stops and Staffs in 1994. Following a further merger, Graham became Managing Director of JSSPinnacle Professional Services Ltd, before leading a Management Buy-Out to create Cardoe Martin in August 2001.

Graham leads Cardoe Martin's Commercial Division and advises clients including Pension and Investment Funds, Banks, and major occupier clients. His personal specialist professional areas include commercial building surveys, dilapidation advice, and party wall awards.
