Desmond undertakes project work, including administering external repairs and redecoration works to residential mansion blocks, the refurbishment of office accommodation, dilapidations and reinstatement and repairs to Grade I listed property following fire damage. Desmond also has expertise in party wall matters.

Desmond joined Cardoe Martin in 2010.

Desmond graduated with a Masters degree in Building Surveying from London South Bank University in 2004.

Desmond acheived his Professional Qualification and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in December 2011.
