Chris graduated from Thames Polytechnic in 1973 and became a Chartered Surveyor in 1975. He joined JSS in 1986 having previously worked in private practice both in the City and the West End.

He has been involved with all aspects of building surveying work to both commercial and residential properties, and specialises particularly in building surveys, investigation of building defects and complex refurbishment projects.

Chris recently oversaw the £4.9M comprehensive external repair and refurbishment project of one of London's largest residential developments consisting of apartments, shops and ground floor offices with basement car park and health-centre.

Chris heads up the company's Projects division.
