Building Surveyor

Alex organises building repair works to mansion blocks and commercial property, he also has experience in party wall matters, defect diagnosis and commercial fit out projects.

Alex studied at the University of Westminster and achieved 1st class honours in building surveying in 2010 and achieved the “Student of the Year” Award in 2011 presented by the RICS.

Alex is currently studying for an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading whilst working full time for Cardoe Martin Limited. Alex hopes to achieve Chartered Building Surveyor status in 2012.
