Adrian graduated from The Nottingham Trent University in 1999. After spending 3 years working for Survey Systems in Manchester, Adrian moved to London to assist in the setting up of a regional office.

In 2004 Adrian joined Simmonds & Partners, which later became Wood Management, administering cyclical repairs and redecoration projects along with other general Building Surveying projects.

Adrian joined Cardoe Martin Limited in 2006 and has particular experience in Contract Administration, AutoCAD and is developing his skills in Party Wall Matters, Dilapidations and currently working towards his APC.
